Photo Workshop FAQ's
What are Western Photography Workshops?
Our western lifestyle-based workshops are designed to take your photography skills to the next level, while providing priceless experiences in the field and in the classroom.
How long is a workshop?
Our workshops are two full days long. We meet Friday evening for orientation and begin our first day of shooting Saturday morning. You can learn more about each workshop´s specific itinerary in the workshops section.
Do I need to be a professional photographer?
No, our workshops are suitable for all skill levels and are tailored to meet the needs of individual participants.
What is the cancellation policy?
Workshop deposits are due upon registration. Cancellations received 90 days prior to the workshop are eligible for a full refund of the deposit (minus a $15 processing fee). Cancellations made after the 90-day window are ineligible for a refund. However, we do allow students to apply forfeited payment towards the cost of another workshop within one year of purchase. Any price difference in workshops will be settled when balances are due for the workshop you are attending, so a new deposit will need to be paid upon registration
Cancellations made within 60 days of the workshop require forfeiting of payments and unfortunately CAN NOT be applied towards another workshop.
What other photo workshops are available?
We currently offer four workshops throughout the year with diverse themes in three different locations. Workshops often fill up fast so it is recommend to sign up in the fall when the next years dates are released.
